When my 93-year-old mom's home health care aide left us unexpectedly and without a replacement, to go to India, I had to get someone fast to help care for my mom at home. Although I called several agencies for help, Helpful Care was the only one that treated me like an individual with an urgent problem. They listened to my requirements and understood my anxiety. Not only were they helpful and professional, but they were also kind and compassionate. Over a weekend they found someone to start the following Monday. And while this aide was not the right match for my mom (my fault as I did not meet her beforehand), Cindy at Helpful Care quickly remedied the situation and provided us with a new aide who was wonderful. And when my mom's original aide returned, unexpectedly and my mom wanted to take her back, Cindy graciously understood - no pressure, no anger, no recriminations. Helpful Care is all about making the client and the family as comfortable as possible. And I appreciate that they make working with them so easy. In the future, Helpful Care is the only company I will recommend and the only company I will use. They are one in a million.

I cannot say how great this company is. I needed somebody quickly and not only did they have somebody available within a couple of hours, but she was a perfect fit for our difficult mother. The manager who handled our case was very pleasant, patient, understanding and knew exactly how to handle a difficult situation. I just cannot thank then enough in helping to resolve a very difficult and sudden situation with the utmost professionalism.

These are the most patient and nice people you can find. We had to keep cancelling. They just went with the flow. No pressure, no anger. Once dad agreed, he was really happy with the woman and was comfortable with everything. They don't have a website which is unbelievable, but it doesn't matter. Call them.

We love our mom, but she is stubborn. Everyone was patient with us. They sent a nice lady but Mom threw her out. They helped us convince mom. They didn't even charge us for the first lady and they really understood. We tried again. Right now, it is okay. They really do understand and seem to put up with all of it and us. Thnaks for being who you say. We appreciate it and recommend them.

My friend told us about this company. She used them for her mother and was really satisfied. We called them (and others). They were the nicest people and concerned. Rates were good. They sent people my mother really liked and they showed up on time.
