My sister came to visit on last minute notice and we were looking for a place to have dinner in a hurry. We remembered this flyer at home for Charlie Brown's while driving around. So we called information and got their number and called for directions. It is very easily found and right off the start the girl on the phone was already very helpful (a good start). When we got their parking was easy with their large parking lot. And we were got our table in minutes. The server was friendly and very accomondating to our needs (got a 2 years old and it makes a big difference).
I ordered the portherhouse med and it was top quality and made perfect for my taste. My wife got a combine grille dish and it very very tasty as well. My sister got a NYstrip, it was good but a little on the over cook side and a little dry b/c she asked for med well. Like it said you got to know how to order. We even got a kid meal (chicken tender with fries) for my 2 years old b/c it was so affordable for kids and it tasted better then that NY strip my sister had. And the portion of everything were just right for us.
The only other neg that I can think of is the appretizer we ordered. It was spinich dip. It was good my daughter had alot but they didn't give enough chips to go with it. We each had like 4 chips and we had half a bowl of dip left.
Definitely a good place to go to for a nice small family dinner at last notice. The decor is very comfortable and casual. I can be myself and not have to be up tight to enjoy my steak.
