Do yourself a favor find another custom builder I wish someone would have warned me and posted a honest review prior to signing and instead of being misled by FAKE POSTS …just to get a 5 star rating on google (there too many other companies out there that will provide a better quality, experience and will respect your business) Don’t let the so called “showroom” room fool you this is a family owned and operated business with no communication, no pride and no attention to detail and no accountability. They label themselves as a custom home builder but produce TRACT HOME QUALITY from start to finish. We didn’t get what we paid for and when we did, we had to fight for it. This is only a few pictures of what they think is acceptable but have many more photos in my camera roll. After pointing out poor craftsmanship WE even got LOCKED OUT OF OUR OWN HOME my guess was to deter us from identifying any more issues prior to closing so they could get their final draw ($). At one point during our build I even requested a meeting with the president to meet onsite concerning our issues and my request was completely ignored!!! If your considering using them PLEASE MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING!!! OR THEY WILL PUT EVERYTHING BACK ON THE CUSTOMER **BEWARE**THE PRICES FOR THE ADD-ONS WILL CHANGE DURING YOUR BUILD DUE TO POOR ACCOUNTING ALSO ROTUNDA WILL DO WORK WITHOUT PERMISSION AND HIT YOU WITH A SURPRISE BILL AT THE END WITH NO REGARDS OR RESPECT TO YOUR BUDGET EVEN IF YOU HAVE A DOCUMENTED CONVERSATIONS. . I’M NOT THE ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS AND BUT THEY COMPLETELY TREATED ME, MY WIFE AND FAMILY UNFAIRLY ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A JOYFUL PROCESS. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. Poor stucco patching Poor roofing job Poor drywall Trash left on property Missing bolt that wasn’t put in lock(s) Poor attention to detail and the list could go on and on
