They are the absolute worst service people I've ever had, ever. I had to take my car in three times to have the air conditioner fixed and it is still not fixed. Had to drive around for over a month with hot air. The service desk schedules appointments that don't give enough time to solve problems and then the service men claim to fix problems they never fix. I am so disappointed with their idiocy and incompetence I don't know where to begin. I'd give zero stars if that was possible.

Service department is the worst. Don't expect to get anything fixed. The standard answer for everything is: "Vehicle operating to manufacturers intended specification". I don't believe that GM's intent was a poorly operating vehicle.

Don't take your business or warranty issues here. You will be sorry!

BUYING A USED CAR HERE IS LIKE THROWING AWAY YOUR MONEY!



They will say anything to get you to sign on the dotted line. But when there is a problem that they promised to fix, they don't even want you on their lot. They call you ignorant and cheap for buying a used car.



Supervisors and managers are useless. They won't even provide you with a contact to file a complaint. No one even knows how to contact the corporate office, or they pretend not to know, probably in fear of what would happen if corporate knew how they are doing business.
