        Overall

        Terrible service - called to see if they could review my W-2 before resubmitting during the holiday season. Called the number above and asked the receptionist if they had any openings for someone to review my documentation, she responded, "No, we don't." And hung up. Absolutely terrible - who does that in any professional setting? Much less one where a client is reaching out.
