Luling Crossroads PLLC

I've been to the office once 4 years ago and had an ok experience but never went back. Needed a dentist for my bad toothache so went back last month and was surprised at how friendly the staff and dr was. Was a very different experience this time. Tooth is all fixed up so will be making this my regular office.

I have been going to Crossroads for years and have always been treated respectfully by the staff and doctor. I've been to other offices in the area but chose to make the drive all the was from Gonzales. The office is a little small but the doc really knows what she's doing.

This place is terrible!!!!!!!! The assistants are RUDE! Especially the one with the squeaky voice, and the front office lady that looks like a man! I asked the assistant to please be gentle while she was working on me, and she just rolled her eyes and continued being rough. When I told the Doctor she just acted like she cared, but I heard the assistant lying to her outside the room. (If you are going to talk about a customer behind their back at least do it where they can't hear!!) I will NEVER I repeat Never go back to this office again!
