Kool Smiles

Made a appointment on Tuesday to come in Friday for tooth pain. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 10 minutes only to be told that the only dentist in does not take my insurance. Receptionist said they tried to call me to tell me but they got no answer. No email or call to my secondary number to inform me.

Receptionist that day was not very friendly or helpful. I had to go back the next day and had a better experience with a different receptionist. Those working with my kids were nice. However, my daughter had recently got her ears pierced but they said she had to remove her earrings. She cried in pain when I removed them and then 5 min after the xrays I couldn't put them back on!

Wonderful Experience Doctor and Staff was so nice and helpful... Office was cheerful and Amazing will definitely return on the near future..

Everyone was awesome from Angie to Jessica.. I knew it would be because this the same dentist I bring my 8 year old and dey always took great care of her.. Thanks again:)

The people there are amazing and sweet. My son was having a tough time and they did their best to make it a great experience for him

They are great with my kids and they are doing a good job so keep on doing a good job. So my kids will continued going to Kool smiles my kids love the place and they be ready for they love going to the dentist.

This place was amazing! I've always been scared of going to the dentist, but with them it felt safe. Brandy and Lynsey did a great job with my cleaning and Heather was great about letting me what was going on and answering my questions! Dr. Borges was awesome at giving me all the information i needed about my treatment.

LOVED that they have a play area for the kids in the waiting room. It makes waiting so much easier when the kids are occupied! They don't have to sit down and be quiet. Instead they get to get up and play! Plus, it took my youngest's mind off of how nervous he was about going to the dentist. Great staff...very friendly and professional. They made us feel at home. The dentist was awesome, too! The kids both told me they can't wait to go back, and I look forward to taking them for their next cleaning.

Such a pleasing experience. I do not like to go to the dentist but any questions or concerns I have Jessica answered knowledgably. She remained professional and eager to attend to me all while making sure I was comfortable and having as good of an experience as you can at the dentist!

I really liked this office. The staff were very friendly and attentive of my children as well as my concerns. Unlike other people that posted a review, I felt this location (Lufkin, tx) was very clean and there was no mold smell. Considering how old these buildings are the office was in decent shape. The staff and dentists were very hygienic and made specific care to keep the environment germ free. Only dislike I had was my first visit's wait time. However, that could have been prevented if I had downloaded and printed the paper work ahead of time and filled it out. Any other appointment has gone quickly with reasonable wait times.

The staff is nice and is great with the kids however, the building itself is going downhill. As of now they have had a water pipe burst and water drain into the building. . It stinks horribly and there are flies everywhere. With flies being all around, even in treatment area, it is not sanitary. Someone really needs to address this issue and get the problem resolved.

Love Kool Smiles..My 17 year old daughter had to have 2 extractions yesterday and all the staff there went above and beyond to make our appointment a great one. Dr. Petty and Cindy are the BEST!! Explained everything with detail and SUPER helpful and friendly!! Definitely recommend them!!

I really dont know what to say it has a very good staff and its cover by medicaid so no complaints from me

My son was seen for wisdom teeth. His appt was set quickly his referral was smooth. The appt for oral surgeon was made contending that their was a cancellation. Kool smiles called and text to set the appt. They confirmed that he would be seen on appt date and services for him were excellent. The staff was prompt the Dr s. were professional. They were all caring and helpful.

We are greeted by very friendly staff and Dr. Borges and Jessica were very professional and met all of Natalie care on the same day.

End results were Excellent. Facility is very clean and well organized.

Very great and friendly staff. They have always met our dental needs. And I noticed someone said there was a older but I believe that would be some people in the waiting room not the actual office

First time here. The office had a bad odor,if you can get past the smell, the rest is worth it. The staff was welcoming from the start. Didn't have a long wait time. All employees were nice,and very informing on all procedures. The dentist was amazing,going over all xrays,and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend this place.

this is the best dentist I've ever been too!!!! My son needed 3 root canals and 1 tooth pulled. They did awesome at making him feel comfortable with medicine and with there words! all the workers and the 2 main woman dentist were amazing and so sweet!!! I'd recommend them to anyone with kids or for yourself. My husband has had work done there and they did amazing! Nothing but good vibes and workers and experience here!!!!!

My daughter has been going to Kool Smiles for many years now, and I am very satisfied with the care that she has always received when we go to her appointments...

Worst dental office ever! Scheduled an emergency appt since my daughter had a cavity and was in pain and all they did ways take x-rays and tell me they didn't have time to fix it after a 3 hour wait
