Element Dental & Orthodontics Lufkin

The staff was GREAT! I went in to work on Tuesday morning with a massive toothache, and I called Element Dental 15 mins before they were scheduled to open and they were able to schedule me in. Once there I received the utmost respect for the entire staff from the Dental Assistant to the Doctor! I had Xrays, verification of insurance and a tooth extraction all within a little over an hour! The doctors assistant was AMAZING! She was there right by my side through the process and even held my hand and told me I was doing great. The actual procedure took about 20 mins. I would recommend Element Dental to anyone!

I have a fear of the dentist due to past experiences and chose not to go to a dentist vs. suffer of pain. I came to Element Dental and everyone from the front desk to the Doctor made me feel at ease.

I have seen a few Dentist to get problems fix with my teeth, some of the dentist were not contracted with my insurance and other dentist and staff did not seem to care. At Element the staff was friendly and understanding. What I really liked about them is that they can help you with a payment plan that is affordable. I can now finally get my teeth fixed. Thank you

The staff was very patient, helpful and laid back enough for kids to feel comfortable but still remaining professional. The doctor worked on my two oldest kids way after the office closed and were helpful with entertaining my three little ones while I was going back and forth between rooms. I appreciated the immediate and efficient care.

I have a three yr old and we started coming here about a year ago. He just loves going to the dentist now! They make it very inviting and all the front staff members are really nice and friendly. Amber did an excellent job to check us out quickly. We also didn't have a long wait time and they take tons of different types of insurance which is a plus!

This was our first visit to Element Dental The front office staff was very helpful in explaining what services were needed and if it was covered. They followed up the next day .

The doctor had dental implant on my tooth last year, He did excellent job, Thank u doctor.

I took my 2 yr old there,and They were great! We didn't have to sit there for 2-4 hours like at Kool Smiles or Affordable dentistry. They're also good with kids.
