They have the worst customer service. I have private insurance so I can choose my own doctor. I drove a little over an hour to get my yearly exam. They handed me my lab and told me to take it to the building next store, I have never had a doctor's office make me take my own lab next door. I have never had to pay more than a co-pay for my exam, but I was charged $105 from the lab. I called the doctor's office and a nurse said that it was a mistake and that she would take care of it. I received another bill and I called the doctor's office, they took my name and number and informed me that someone would call me back. The office manager called me and she informed me that I would have to call the lab myself and she provided me with a code. I called the lab and they said that they could not talk to me, that they would have to talk to the doctor's office. I called the doctor's office again, they took my name and number and aid that someone would call me back. They never did. I received another bill, so I called the doctor's office again. They were still claiming they did not understand. I called my insurance and the test they took was not approved unless they had a good reason and they apparently did not. I told this to the nurse at the doctor's office and she said that she would take care of it. I received my fourth bill and I paid it. They have horrible customer service and no respect for the customer.
