Been a customer for many years. I had to get glasses replaced and was told insurance would not pay, but if they did they would give me back what they did. I payed up front and got the new glasses. They filed on my insurance and got a payment of $145. My insurance company verified that they paid on 8/11, but I was told at their office that they got paid on 8/26. They never contacted me and probably never would have, so on 8/31 , I went to the office for my refund. They said I would not get the $145, but would get $100 because they increased the price because they filed on my insurance. I told them this is wrong and if you are going to do this, that I am taking my business elsewhere. I was told ok, go somewhere else. This company has lost all of my future business over $45.
