Barnhart's Resort & Marina

I've been coming to Hamlin Lake for 40 years, staying at various places on both Lower and Upper Hamlin Lake. I usually get up there twice a year - first for Memorial Weekend and then for a whole week in July. I have to say that Barnhart's Resort is by far my top choice! They have everything you could want right there - full service boat docks, gasoline, bait, boat rentals; a restaurant, and a bar! The bar even has live entertainment on Saturdays throughout the summer! The restaurant is called Pirate's Pub and with it's Jimmy Buffet theme, serves your classic pub fare of burgers, various sandwiches, fries, real onion rings, great nachos made fresh daily, and a varitey other items and appetizers; and GREAT Pizza! The staff there is fantastic and friendly. The accomodations are spacious and clean. There is a public boat launch 2 minutes away and grocery store just a couple miles down the road, which saves you from having to drive into town for everything. Located on the south shore of Upper Hamlin and just over a half mile from the tip of Lower Hamlin, it's a great spot to be located in to fish both Upper and Lower.



Barnhart's Resort is my Top Choice on Hamlin and I'll be returning for many years to come!
