Just go somewhere else , as simple as that

I'm writing this for all of you non customers! Unfortunately I am one and I have to get my vehicle serviced there if I don't want to come out of pocket. I knew the car I wanted better than the person selling it to me. I asked a few questions which I knew the answer to and not one was answered correctly. It's obvious they don't even look through the owners manual before trying to sale a car !!!!! I have personally been inside the service bay while dropping off my car to be serviced. A service manager or the people who pick up the phone when u ask to speak to someone in the service dept. holds a clipboard while two guys dressed nothing like technicians walk around and eyeball your cars exterior they say "this is good", "that is good" I was amazed ... Who knows how they treat a vehicle behind closed doors! I used to work at a discount tire and although we don't work under the good of the car we check your tires tread depth and air pressure they could not even put the correct amount of air pressure in my tires the over inflated them!!!! This is just as bad as having little to no air in them! Not safe for the driver or the people around you driving!! The correct air pressure I written on the inside of the door of the car in plain sight!! I've been told before that an item on my car wasn't covered by warranty for something ,it's a new car too, so I called another Subaru dealer, and guess what? It was covered !!!! It's sad they choose to operate this way! My car, as well as many people's, is the only transportation I have when I chose to buy from them I put that in jeopardy . By the way just to get a simple service done they will keep your car almost all day long and yes I have been second in line at early drop people have told me they have also had past lawsuits for the BS they sale and the lies they tell !! I'm writing this for u please do your research if you see your car at scoggin dickey just know there's an identical one at a way better dealer and its worth your time to look elsewhere!! Good luck and do your research!!!

Bad Business

My wife took our Tahoe in for a 'complimentary' oil change given if we provided excellent feedback on our survey. In return they charged her $48 for a $13 air filter. They took advantage of her and that is just sorry as it gets. I will never go back and neither should you.

My truck broke down and I call...

My truck broke down and I called them to tow me so they could fix my truck. They said they were sending a wrecker for me but the tow truck never showed up and I couldnt even get them to pick up the phone in service! I ended up calling a different dealership and having it towed to Gene Messer.
