Palm Beach has clean facilities and a variety of bed options. However, their customer service, honesty and integrity is extremely lacking.



I travel a lot for my job, so when I started going here, I liked the convenience to "Freeze" my account when I travel and then unfreeze when I'm in town, That's definitely not the case. I froze my account before a month of business trips and later found out I was charged the full amount several months in a row instead of the $7.50 freeze charge. After calling to talk to the manager, she wouldn't even speak to me and let the front desk girl attempt to tell me that they'd give me a free month of tanning, but there was nothing they could do because THEIR computer system didn't reflect the freeze. it's not my fault that their system is faulty and they really should show some integrity and fix their mistakes instead of letting their loyal customers take the $$$ fall.



This isn't the only time I've heard about these issues with Palm Beach, so be warned ahead of time that honestly and integrity are lacking with their business. Save your hard earned dollars for a more reputable salon.
