        spoke with pete for basic inf...

        spoke with pete for basic info and was treated rudely on the phone with harsh tone, if I was looking for help for myself or a loved one would not want to recommend someone who had no compassion over the phone , how do they treat actual patients. Do they not understand the first step is to acknowledge and call for help, who wants help from anyone who belittles others...Lighthouse really!

        PS had to give rating but they don't deserve any kind of star!!!!!
