Dear Ms. DeLa Garza: It is very sad that you are making derogatory comments about our school. You know that your child was taken care of perfectly good in our school. She had the problem when she was not present at the center. She was dehydrated (if this is the real case because we never saw official papers from hospital but only heard from you)under your care. We never commented about your motherhood. You told us and even wrote email saying that you do not hold Elite Learning Academy responsible, since incident happened (if it happened) under your care until you asked a full refund. Unfortunately according to the Parent agreement you and your husband signed when your child accepted to our school, there is no refund. When you could not receive your money, you got mad and started your threads and accusations. We wanted you to calm down by not responding your inappropriate messages but talking bad about our school here is not right. You have all the right to sue us if there is any incident occurred under our care. But it occurred, (if it occurred) under your care. We understand and experienced (even this is a topic in Early Childhood Development trainings) that some parents abuse, mistreat or simply cannot take care of their children and when they frustrate they blame the Child Care Centers. We understand your frustration but we have all the documentations you have signed, your letters, and witnesses show that your child is perfectly fed here and taken good care of.
