Country Inns & Suites

I travel often & I have to say that this hotel was very clean and our housekeepers were the sweetest ladies I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. There were 2 front desk gentlemen who were quite rude but other than that we had a great stay. I’m going to just assume the 2 gentlemen were having a bad day & not hold it against them or the hotel. Our check in was quick and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Was a nice hotel. Sandra at front desk was super friendly and check in was fast. room was very clean. Next time we are in Lubbock we will stay at this hotel. Breakfast had lots to choose from and was very good

The first thing I have to say is that Timothy at the front desk is the absolute best front desk person I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I worked at resorts for 20 years of my life and never had anyone be as good as him! he was kind,considerate, generous and even helped us out tremendously!! Just his kindness was worth what this hotel cost.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was the only hotel room available in Lubbock at the time but I was very pleased. The staff was very attentive and easy to talk to. I really liked the books available for checkout and the cookies provided.

I always love staying here.. the rooms are always super clean. You can't beat the breakfast. Hot waffles to eggs bacon and sausage. Even oatmeal and cereal. It's location is easy to get to. Can't say enough about the staff. Mike and Sandra are always great. They will help you out any way they can.
