Two whole catfish, seasoned just right, deep fried, and make to order! I will surely order again and again. My kids ordered the catfish nuggets and the were just as tastee. There were several sides to choose from, different ways to have your fish and chicken prepared, chicken fry,etc and a small salad bar. A casual atmosphere with a big screen t.v. in the back, and a pretty good size fish tank in the wall ( a conversation piece while you wait). You order when you first get there and the staff checks on you from time to time. Can't wait to get back!
This is by far the most authentic, elaborate and truly Italy inspired dishes to invade the Lubbock area. If you've not experienced this phenomenal cuisine, then you are missing out! Prices are very reasonable and the entree sizes are great to split or enjoy by themselves for a truly full stomach. Great for a first date or just to reignite the flames of a long term relationship. You will not be disappointed!!
River Smith's recently catered a wedding I was in, and the food turned out amazing. The groom requested 2 roatsted pigs (yes, the entire pig), and River Smith's was able to accomodate the request. They made pork tacos with all the toppings, including this amazing rasberrry chipolte sauce. I would highly recommend River Smith's to anyone looking for a wedding caterer.
