Great atmosphere positive attitude, very friendly towards my children

I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was a baby, and I’m so happy I picked a place like Kangaroo Smiles. They do an excellent job caring for her and we are always met by professional, friendly staff.

Kangaroo smiles is by far the best in pediatric dental healthcare! My children started at kangaroo smiles about four years ago after having an unpleasant experience with my oldest child at a different practice, we then went to Kangaroo Smiles, and could not be happier with the decision to switch. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, professional, and kind. I have never had an issue with any of the staff or healthcare decisions thus far. My oldest child was about 2 1/2 when we started at kangaroo smiles, she was very shy, timid, nervous, and dreaded going to the dentist and would shed lots of tears (at her old dentist) And now, in the four years of going to kangaroo smiles, she is happy, excited, smiley, and looks forward to going to see her friends at kangaroo smiles. They make sure to explain everything in detail before anything is done and parents are in agreement with the treatment plan. We come from Londonderry NH and drive the 30mins to and from just to go to Kangaroo Smiles because as Tina Turner would say, they’re Simply The Best!

The staff that assisted my three year old son today were great. He gets nervous and cries when at the dentist. The two staff members helped calm him down and sang wheels on the bus to him while they cleaned his teeth. He loved it. Great experience overall. Thank You so much!!

We’ve been going to Kangaroo Smiles for about five years now and have had the best experiences with each visit. My daughter (now 7) had her front two teeth damaged from an accident when she was 4; Dr. Mona treated her with kindness and a gentle approach that reassured her during the necessary removal procedure. She looks forward to every visit and cleaning! My son had his first visit after he got his first tooth in 2020 and we look forward to continuing healthy habits and maintaining proper dental care with Kangaroo Smiles. They are knowledgeable, efficient, extremely clean, and friendly. Overall, a great place to take your kids!

Kangaroo Smiles has been the best choice for my son. The staff is spectacular! They always great with a warm genuine smile and are always willing to answer any questions. They interact with my son so well and make him feel extra comfortable. The appointments are so quick and easy as well which is great for my 1 year old!

My child every time he list Kangaroo smiles is anxious but with their amazing team both in Lowell and Methuen he's at ease. When I went to my son's appointment his experience was excellent they were very polite and patient with my child , dental assistant sandy was awesome ! I recommend this place to anyone with children!

So happy I found kangaroo smiles! I never realized how important taking kids to a pediatric dental specialist was until it was too late. Moms,trust me, take your kids to a specialist from thr start. I used to take my kids to the dentist I use. That was the worst mistake I ever made! I took my sons there every 6 months for years. Every visit they did a cleaning, charged me for xrays and always said no cavities. A week after his cleaning my son was up all night in pain. I took him in for an emergency and they tell me he has Big Cavities and needs root canals. Wait, what!! The dentist finally admitted he has no experience with kids teeth and wasn't able to see it on the xrays. Then he tells me he never does fillings on kids. Basically they used my kids to make money and have no idea what they are doing. Thank God I found Kangaroo. He needed 4 teeth taken out and my other son had problems too. Now my boys and my new baby girl only come here. Dr Mona is honestly amazing, thank Kangaroo!

As a single father, finding the best care for my children is in my hands alone. I am so glad that I found Kangaroo Smiles. The office is very clean and modern. I have not seen anything like this outside of Boston.

The office is a provider under my insurance, and do everything possible to ensure my children's treatment is covered. The doctor was kind, and provided different options, one being extremely conservative, and not requiring any drilling.

The office and reception staff are amazing. I was advised of all that is required, and all information was sent to my insurance prior to my first appointment. Scheduling was easy, and they were actually able to get me in on a time crunch.

Overall, the experience was well above what we expected.

I am very happy with the experience, and so grateful that my daughter's first dental experience was smooth and cavity free! I was nervous, but the staff was amazing, and had her giggling the entire time. My son is now a patient her as well, and enjoyed the experience in comparison to our regular adult dentist. They really know how to keep kids happy!

My child is a terror at a any medical or dental office- NOT here. The staff and doctor are AMAZING!

Silly kid asked the dentist for a sucker at the end of the visit. After telling him he was asking the wrong doctor, I realized I was wrong. They gave him a sugar free sucker- made his day....he didn't know the difference.

My son asked the receptionist why there is a bunny, and not a kangaroo at the front counter, she replied that its Joey's day off and he's at home being a Pouch Potato!!! Cute.

I had an amazing experience with this office. The doctor, and staff are amazing. Everything was explained in regards to treatment, as well as my insurance coverage. The office is spotless clean, modern, entertaining for children, and enjoyable for parents as well. Kangaroo Smiles came highly recommended by my pediatricians office, and now I know why~thank you for the great experience.

I am very happy to have found this office. As a young mother, I was actually able to have my filling done here too (they will see children up to 21 years old). They were gentle with my daughter, and equally gentle with me as well. My daughter, husband and I are all very happy with Kangaroo Smiles.
