This Doctor will say anything to get paid. She even testified in court that she believes somebody who was caught on video camera trying to poke out her own eyes. Think this is a crazy story? FOIA Cynthia Sheehan from Rockford PD and you will see this is true.

In 1998, she completed her psychiatry residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, where she was named chief resident in her last year. She became board certified in June 2000 by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Geiger is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

A native of Harrisburg, Ill., Dr. Geiger earned her medical degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in 1984. She completed an internship in general surgery at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Fargo, N.D. and a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, IA, specializing in obstetric anesthesia. She is board certified in anesthesia.
