I recently spoke to a Customer Service Representative from your company; named Coreen she was the most polite representative I have dealt with in a long while. There was confusion about payment on my account (made it online, not showing in system yet). Along with her and what obviously is your company's motto of contacting the customer BEFORE discontinuing there service !!! You have just made me a LIFETIME customer; as well as a "word of mouth advertisement". I will be telling everyone and leaving reviews online everywhere now. I have a very hectic schedule and tend to overlook things and appreciate more than you know when a company takes the time to call me when something is due or before it is canceled. I have been with companies for years for that specific reason; even when other companies are less. Loyalty to us means everything. Yes, even as simple as a phone call to prevent a cancellation or from our trash not being picked up. Thank You Sincerely; Customers For Life

have had them only one month but the second week something turned my can over and tore a bag , the driver picked all the spillage up and cleaned the area. this was a lot more than waste management did and i had them many years and wrote good revues because i did not know this type service was in effect.
