Was thoroughly impressed with this hidden gem. Located right behind Kroger's in McMahan Plaza, King's hosts a huge selection of name brand and designer shoes. I brought in my wife's favorite pair of pumps to get new heels several months ago and have been coming back at least once a month to check out their new stock. I purchased a pair of Ecco loafers that haven't left my feet in weeks. So comfortable! Bill, a charming Russian fellow, fixes shoes like no one's business. You have to check this place out!

I have used this shoe repair shop for years. It was in St Matthews on Shelbyville Rd for many years & in the Mall by the Barber Shop long ago. It's been around a long time. Thought he had closed up until I found him in Plainview on the side of Kroger across from Friday's. He always does great work & is extremely reasonable.
They do great work. Good quality work. However; you will need to call before going. They have strange hours and they change without notification. Also, need to call before going to pickup shoes to verify the repair is done and that they are open. They lack the commitment to have the repair done by the date they give you.
