My friend and I went to Khalil's on our lunch break for the first time and our experience was not great to say the least. We arrived at approximately 12:30, ordered our meals (grilled chicken sandwich on pretzel bread and cheeseburger on pretzel bread) and appetizer The manager comes out w/ our appetizer, goes to the table behind us and asks if they ordered fried pickles, they said no, he was on his way to the table behind them when we said we ordered them to which he replied, "I knew I was missing a table number." While we waited for our entrees we watched burgers and food go to one table that arrived about 5 minutes after we did and another table that had arrived a good 15 minutes after we did. As we looked around puzzled and a little miffed our waitress said she was getting ready to bring our food out, 10 minutes go by.... no food, the manager comes and says our food is coming right out... 5 minutes go by and finally around 1:20 we get our food. One would think after waiting that long that at least their food would be hot and fresh, but alas, the chicken was barely warm and the burger my friend got was not even warm. We were extremely disappointed. The service was unorganized and the food was way below par. I gave a two star rating because the business has only been open a week and owner came to us and was sincere in his apology for the lack luster service. I would wait a few months to give them time to "work the kinks out" as the manager put it, before visiting this establishment. Jan 25 2013- Went there again for lunch today; food was delicious and the service was great!! I will be frequenting Khalil's more often. Way to pull it together!!!!

I am a former manager for Jerry's carwash and another just like it. Working in this buisness you find very quickly that people can not read, nor do they even know what is on their car before they enter. You pull in, put your car in neutral, and leave your foot off the brake!!! A large amount of people can't follow these simple rules! There are signs, and an attendent to help people, still people rear end each other or back into each other cus they can't find neutral in their own vehicles. Then they blame the car wash. Most people don't even know about a scratch on their vehicle, and once it is clean, they inspect the car and throw a fit about something that was already there, whether they knew of it or not. In the era of "the consumer is always right" people seem to think if the throw a big enough fit, they can get a new paint job on their 30 year old piece of -blank- car. That's not the way it works folks. If car washes replaced parts or painted every vehicle that came threw, there would not be any washes like this in the country in business. This is high powered equipment and there is some risk involved. It is safe! However, certain vehicles fair better than others and there has to be a standard or what is the carwash's fault, and what the owner has to be responsible for. If you have a problem with these kinds of carwash's, drag your lazy -blank- out of your car and pressure wash it yourself!
To the staff at 5th Avenue. I am ALMOST at a loss for words about mine and my friends FULL day at your spa and salon. We just couldnt go without giving MEGA props!! I used to be a hairdresser many many years ago and have found it difficult to be 100% pleased with any spa and or salon....well, that time has come and we were both 200% thrilled by our experiences. The services were standout but better yet were the professionals who performed our servies. I have been recently considering some sort of rejuviderm or botox, but after having that AMAZING facial, there is no way I am getting stuck with needles. I have never been one to have facials on a regular basis but that has all changed as well. The results were breathtaking. I have been a user of Arbonne for several years and have been very happy. Again, after my facial, I will be switching over to whatever Traci suggests...God bless that girl and her knowledge and skill.
