Reading ome of the comment on here, I mu t admit I wa keptical. BUT when I took into con ideration that ome of the e people can not pell correctly and they probably did not get the ervice THEY think they de erve at that time. Having once worked in thi exact field, ...moreI can look at thing in a different light. It i a very mall office but i NEVER crowded. Knowing that MOST doctor office book patient 2-3 every 15 minute , I have been in and out of the office in no longer than 1 hour and that wa with Dr. John on pending an incredible amount of time with my olde t daughter going over family medical hi tory (her father pa ed away at a young age). I will admit he i a little per i tent with baby feeding and quantity, but that how that he i caring about our growing epidemic of obe ity (my elf included). The taff i friendly and under tanding of my little one " tranger danger" per onality, I know how fru trating that can be when your ju t trying to get a temperature :) The room are mall, but clean... I don't even ever mell a dirty diaper. Even with my knowledge of vaccine , I till a ked certain que tion JUST to get hi per pective on it, and he would alway an wer me with great detail. I would ugge t anyone to go ee Dr. John on. We have been going there for a year now and my hu band and I LOVE it there. I am thankful that I did not take into con ideration the previou po t .view less

Hi; My name i Jerry Schafer. My father wa a patient at Norton Ho pital in Loui ville, Ky Oct. 27th until he pa ed early Monday Nov. 2nd. I can't ay enough good about the nur e on the fifth floor during hi (our) time there. Dad wa in three different wing on that floo...morer during hi tay. The profe ional attitude of ALL the nur e we encountered wa unprecedented. You have to under tand...we have a very large family and we had everal member of the family there at all time . The taff NEVER once eemed up et, irritated or put out of place becau e of our pre ence. We no doubt cau ed confu ion, lack of pace for them to do their job and ju t overall chao at time with our chatter and overcrowding of their pace. I commend them for putting up with thi family of 13 kid , 32 grandkid and 31 great grandkid that took over the fifth floor during thi difficult time of lo ing our father. Again, from the bottom of our heart , THANKS!!!view less
I have been a patient at Bapti t on everal different occa ion . I wa treated with the utmo t re pect each and every time. I really felt a if the taff truly cared about me, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and when you're a patient, that' extremely ...moreimportant. I've been a patient at another local ho pital, and believe me, I would never return there, even though that i where my doctor i on taff. The difference in the atmo phere, between the two ho pital , i incredible. The taff at Bapti t actually make you feel a though they to want to be there, and they love what they do. They treated me a though I wa the only patient on the floor, even though, it wa completely full. That' imply the way they made me feel. Hopefully, I won't have to return to the ho pital, but if I do, you can re t a ured, it will be Bapti t Ea t. Mary Zdobylak view less
