Vogt The Cleaners

I have been on the laundry plan for 2 years now and i love the pick up and delivery service! The owners are very sweet and if you have any problems they usually have it fixed by the end of the day. I also love how great my comforters end up smelling after they clean them. Definitely recommend this to all people who are too busy to do their own laundry.

I come in weekly to do dry cleaning and occasionally drop off laundry. Every time i come in I'm greeted by friendly members of the vogt family. I love local family owned businesses because you feel apart of something when you become a loyal customer. The owner is very sweet and i have never had any problems with the service. They did my prom dress for me as well and it looked better than when i bought it.

This company does not understand customer service! After using the service for awhile some expensive towels went missing but when I called to complain one of the owners said that I didn't pay enough for them to keep track of all of my clothing and that I was just going to have to get used to some of my items going missing! I kept using the service because my busy schedule and lack of in home laundry left me no other option but then I noticed that they charged me when they went on vacation (despite not picking up my clothes that week) and when I called to complain the owner was so rude that I cancelled my service two weeks later.



Now, upon cancelling, I was then charged again that next week! When I called to complain they treated me poorly again and refused to refund my money! They said that we (the customers) were charged by the month and that I had signed a document agreeing to this deal. I said that I had signed no such document and the company also failed to produce said document.



Avoid this company like the plague! They act like they're doing you a favor. No, actually you're providing a service (poorly) and then being rude if anyone complains!

We have used Vogt's service for over 3 yrs now and LOVE them! We've come and gone (due to budget issues) but when we come back, they always remember us! We've had the same driver and he is super nice! They are great people and offer an excellent service! I honestly can't say enough good things about them.
