says I have to give it a rating.... I give it a 1 and that means negative 1...This was the worst place to live. I cant express how disgusting it is. Between the mold in the buildings and the jokesters they call maintainance employees, this place was like living in a halfway house that was spray painted to cover the nasty mold and whatever other infectious diseases they had there. The one thing I can say is they have a beautiful pool as long as you like swimming with a bunch of old people who hate kids, so if you have children,. I would consider not living here. The women in the office play good cop bad cop and lie through their teeth. There's disgusting profanity spray painted all over buildings and the playground area and crime lurking around every corner. There's no outdoor lighting in most places and cars are constantly broken into. This place sucks!!! Run Away!!! fyi: newly renovated means they spray painted the cabinets in the kitchen and spraypainted over the wall paper in the bathroom. BTW: did you see them on the news recently? Huge fire in one of the buildings, gas stove malfunction or "something like that" This place is OLD and never updated and needs to be shut down by the health department
