Shane Co.

If we would've purchased my ring from any other jewelry store it would've been a mistake. Shane Co. was the most amazing shopping experience I've ever had. My fiance and I had been looking around at different stores and getting very frustrated. We would walk in and be asked the same two questions - "Are you looking for an engagement ring?" followed quickly by "Would you like to open a {insert store name} charge and get a certain percentage off?" This annoyed my fiance to no end. When making one of the most important purchases of their life, a man does not want to be pressured into opening a charge so that a mall employee can make their monthly quota. From the very first second we walked into Shane Co., I knew it was going to be great. Everyone we've dealt with since the initial visit (which is when we bought my ring) has been exceptional. Joe and Amy helped us during the ring selection. Joe gave us great background information and Amy did an amazing job of educating us on the different diamonds so we could pick the best one. She was extremely patient and very communicative and engaging. In the end, my boyfriend (fiance now!) and I designed the perfect ring for me with the help of the staff at Shane Co. We would've never been able to afford my ring set and diamond at a regular mall jewelry store because of all the retail and middle man mark ups. I am going back to get my fiance's wedding band. Thank you, Shane Co. for being outstandingly professional, yet approachable and making that day as smooth sailing as possible.
