  Worst customer service I have ever dealt…

  Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I called in to go order and used a coupon I had received 3 days before. The coupon was for a 17 two topping pizza, breadsticks, and a 2 liter. When I went to pick up my order they told me that I had to choose the breadsticks or the 2 liter, not both. When I showed them my coupon they simple said that they had so many coupons out that they couldn t keep them straight and I would have to choose, even though the coupon clearly states it is BOTH. This is the old Bait and Switch, get me in the door and then changed the deal. After going round and round with them I ended up leaving with the pizza and the 2 liter. Only because I was picking this up for others back at the house. I do not understand how they can issue a coupon and then not honor it just because they didn t feel like it. I have never even heard of another company doing such a thing. The food is ok at best and the customer service is the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

  For the reviewers who didn't like the pizza...try the meatball sub. It is the best around with giant meatballs and lots of cheese on a great sub roll.

  I went to the UofL and Ky game Saturday…

  I went to the UofL and Ky game Saturday night and they had a bunch of big screen tv's for the game.
  
  I ordered the honey spicey wings which we all agreed were very good, then we ordered a large Big Sal and it was delish.
  
  I would certainly recommend Sal's to anyone I know.

  Like the only other person to give this…

  Like the only other person to give this place a bad review after trying their pizza and a calzone I found the food to be very bland.
  
  The calzone was huge but in the toppings department it was very sparse. There were sections of it with no toppings what so ever and when I did come across the toppings they were few and far between. The pizza sauce had the flavor of water and was not very good. For a 10 dollar price tag I expect the toppings to be falling out of this sucker, not me hoping to find some in the next bite.
  
  The "good reviews" had to be written by Sal or one of his friends because I don't see how anyone can claim this pizza is good. As a matter of fact if you check the other review sites they pretty much say the same thing so it has to be Sal.
  
  I got a carryout order (took 30 min to make my food) and the waitress gave me the dirtiest look ever for not putting in a tip. (Then again I am not sure the correct protocol on tipping for carryout)
  
  Stay clear of this place. Overpriced and very bland.

  Hey - I just discovered this place by…

  Hey - I just discovered this place by the tracks on Lyndon Ln. I ate lunch here today and the food was very good. They make their own potato chips! It has a bar and lots of new TV's. I'm told that they have the complete sports package, so that means I will be back tonight at 6pm to watch the football game (since I don't have ESPN-U.) Check it out - I give it 5 stars!

  This place has only been open for 2…

  This place has only been open for 2 weeks and I love them! Been there 4 times already. The pizza is really different and sooooo good! Something about the crust, always crispy but not burnt! And the salads they serve you can make a meal out of! And they are delicious. This place is a must try! It is family freindly but also has a great bar area that is seperated from the dining area, so if you wanna go watch a game and have some brewskies, this is a great place to do it! Lots of t.v.'s tooo.
