DON'T DO IT whatever you do keep on looking. They may be fixing up the outside but DON'T let that fool you. The inside is still CRAP. Horrible to be exact. Management from the top down to maintenance is useless and lazy. Bug, bugs, and more bugs. The whole property needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Can't wait to move!!!! Sorry I ever rented here.

ROACHES run don't live here they lie lie lie please don't live here i signed my lease 3 months ago and i cant wait to move they say they will spray they never do and if they do spray the roaches are back in three day. They dont fix anything i have a big hole behind my dishwasher tyhe roaches are in the walls!!! i know 4 people who live in these apartments different buildings they have roaches too.

I have resided in Rangeland Manor for 10+ years.I have seen managers come and go here.Due to our new management, Rangeland is no longer referred to as a good place to sell drugs or to commit crimes.Our new manager deserves a standing ovation.She has a No Tolerance rule on illegal activities and is vastly improving tha atmosphere and grounds here at Rangeland. As far as apartment complex's go Rangeland is pet-friendly, family oriented ,we have professional, friendly maintenance and the apartments are so big that it's like living in a house without all the house bills.Give Rangeland a chance.

no concuerdo en nada con la persona del anterior comentario quisiera saber si vive en la oficina pues en realidad el complejo no es bueno los apartamentos tienen cucarachas y en algunos se a encontrado chinchas te remodelan pero despues cuando firmas el contrato es otra cosa el aire es malo en verano te ahogas y en invierno la calefaccion es insoportable pues no la puedes regular las puertas de entrada al condominio no tienen seguridad, los parqueos es del que llegue primro las escaleras oscuras pues te quitan la luz del pasillo por el dia en algunos lugares no existe claridad, no es un lugar limpio con la execcion de la oficina que es para dar una buena imagen, esto es parecido a la americana o la pequena habana al personal de la oficina solo le importa garantizar su trabajo y sacarte tu dinero las escaleras dan asco de la suciedad y cuando cae nieve no se dignan en limpiar ni siguiera echar sal tienen una cantidad terrible de apartamentos vacios sabran ustedes porque imaginenlo, no escribo esto por que me voy de aqui lo hago paraque otros no sufran lo que yo e sufrido aqui es preferible pagar 60 o 80 dolares mas en otro complejo de apartamento y no pasar por esto no dejen que le mientan

THEY ARE FRIENDLY, OUTGOING PEOPLE, THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS WONDERFUL, I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE BECAUSE THIS FEELS LIKE HOME UNLIKE ALOT OF APARTMENT COMPLEX'S I HAVE BEEN TO.
