I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, they are so unprofessional and slow, literally I took my daughter for her 1 year check up and the nurse practitioner was so rough when taking her blood and they literally will drop you as a patient for owing the smallest amount of money HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !

Horrible place! Was told, that I could not bring my other child back to one child's appointment! If your office caters to children! Common sense you would expect a child to have siblings ! Why should I find a babysitter to take my child to a well check up ! Ridiculous ! Thumbs down!

HORRIBLE. I don't recommend the Preston facility to anyone. Seriously, if you do not like children don't work as a nurse for a pediatrician! My son was having a break down probably because every time we have gone he has been given shots for one reason or another. The nurse was trying to take his blood pressure and because he was not having it she didn't even try to speak calmly to him. So she didn't take his pressure and was just plain cold the whole time. If you are having a bad day that is not my fault much less an innocent child's fault. If you don't like your job find a different job, or at least be professional and keep your emotions to yourself when dealing with patients. We are all human, but the treatment we received was totally uncalled for I will never be going back.

Please listen to all of these post. DO NOT GO THERE! they are so SLOW AND WANT YOUR $$$$. I had an appointment schedule for my daughter for a follow-up. The appointment was made in advance at 8:10AM. I WAS NOT CALLED UNTIL 8:45. I WARN YOU. THEY MAKE EVERYONE'S APPOINTMENT THE SAME TIME. THEY OVER BOOK. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!! . I HAVE TO CLICK A RATING. Stay away from this doctors office,it's horrible went there today and my sons immazations records was not up to date in there office so I had to have the school fax them a copy. But they kept going on and on how he needs to have his shots and it's very important that he oes or we can't see him anymore.chill out people I just told you that I have a copy that can be faxed to you. But on top of that the doctor looks so unprofessional. Who wears. 3 piece suit looking like a pimp.on top of that they have tried to give my daughter shots that he isn't even need unil another nurse was like oh she oesnt need those.. Needless to say they don't have yo worry about us oming back ...

This doctors office is horrible. I take my son to the Preston office and every time it is a horrible wait. Once we finally get called back into the room and wait for the doctor for another 20 minutes normally. The doctor is not good. He never fully checks my son and is normally very rude. He told me to use adult afrin on my then 6 month old son. He gave me the wrong diagnosis many many times and if you need to be seen and don't have an appointment they will send in the nurse practitioner which oddly enough I trust her more than the freaking doctor. At least she checks my son. If I could go lower than one star I would .

I tried to make an appt for my sick daughter 3 times and was told, 'it's likely viral and nothing we can do anyway.' I'm not sure when a receptionist got a degree and the special ability to diagnose my child over the phone but she apparently thought she did. After finally getting an appt, the waiting room was over crowded and loud. I did not hear my daughters name called and 10 minutes after her scheduled appt time, since they usually run late anyway, I went to check. I was informed that her name had been called but since I missed it she'd have to put put on a waiting list to be 'worked in'. I left and went to an Immidiate care center and my child was treated for a bacterial infection. It's been five yrs but I had to call this office as the school can not find her immunization certificate. I asked for a copy and was told I needed to call her current Doctor, I explained to them that THEY were the ones to give her the shot and I needed record of THAT shot as the health department didn't transfer it to her certificate when she got her updated shots. They REFUSED to help me. I can not believe this office is allowed to be in practice.

My two son's "were" patients for almost 2years and I finally had to find a different pediatrition. Every single visit we would wait at least an hour before being called back and then usually another 20-30 mins before seeing the doctor. There is only one doctor in the building and when he does finally grace you with his presence he is dressed in a 3 piece suit with cufflings and a gold stethascope. Obviously he is a hands off kind of doctor, and he only stays for a few moments and leaves. But the straw that broke the camels back was when he ordered a stool sample for my child told me bring it back into the office, once I got there they told me that i had to drive it to Kosiars Children Hospital because they don't test stool. I couldn't understand why it was my responsiblility to send off the lab results? Needless to say we are not going back!

My daughter has been going to the Preston office for about 2 years and the staff has been very professional and have been accurate on all diagnosis and the wait each time has been minimal.
