July 15. Party of four.. My meal, a rib eye steak, was not a rib eye. It was t a larger cut of the cheaper "steak special". I complained to the manager and she assured me that "The little edge of fat" proved it was a rib eye. My father was a butcher and I know the characteristics of a rib eye. I placed a cut of the "rib eye" next to the special and they were the same. The manager never returned to the table. We paid for the meal and I had to hunt down the manager. She would say, "I don't want you to leave unsatisfied" but she continued to insist that her cook had not made a mistake. Very disappointed in quality of the meal and the attitude of the manager. Replacing the wrong order with "another like it" is not an acceptable answer. I don't think we'll be returning.
