  Louisville's Worst Pharmacy

  The pharmacy technicians and pharmacist discrimate against persons with disabilities. I wish someone would have warned me prior to selecting this pharmacy. When a person is ill, they need to be treated with compassion and dignity. The staff at this pharmacy does not exhibit professional behavior whatsoever. Please take your business elsewhere. This pharmacy has forgotton who the customer is and who is supposed to be the service provider.

While we realize that we are not perfect, we are a very caring group of professionals who strive to give excellent care, over and above expectations. Our quality of service exceeds the norm. We provide generally lower cash prices to the uninsured, free delivery service throughout Jefferson County, a real person on the telephone who does care very deeply and a friendly greeting upon entering our store.   Friendly, family feel

  In this world of drive thru windows and slow service designed to get me to buy more nailpolish, Medical Towers is a refreshing place. The staff is friendly and caring. The pharmacist will actually take the time to seek me out and explain my medicines. They even offer free delivery service. An unheard of level of service. Exceptional quality at reasonable prices. They aren't in it for the real estate. Their hearts are in the right place.
