Maxx Electronic Cigarettes
Hello. My wife and I have been shopping at Maxx for a couple of years. We have spent well over $300 in merchandise. I really enjoy your alls liquids and flavors, however today I was treated very rude by the woman working the store on Dixie this evening 11/28/14 at around 5pm. I had a battery my wife purchased about 2 weeks ago, and pretty much since we got it it has only been holding a charge for about 1 1/2 hours at most. I am not one to complain or anything like that so I took it back up there (with receipt) to exchange it. The lady with long dark hair immediately got an attitude with me when I explained my situation and asked to do a simple exchange. She told me I "broke the battery by screwing it onto the charger to tight" which is untrue. I have been using ecigs for over two years and I know the protocol on how to properly put a battery on its charger. She continued to be rude to me and act as if I were a criminal. Finally, after asking nicely (again) for an even exchange, in a huff she grabbed another battery and slammed it on the counter without saying a word to me. Like I said I think you guys are great and I attribute your store to helping me quit smoking! As a long time loyal customer I just found this woman's attitude incredibly offensive and rude. I will still continue to shop, as I love your alls liquid quality and selection, and I know a bad apple does not mean the whole company is bad but I just wanted to make you aware. (-:
I will say that the store in our city (Terre Haute) is a decent place to shop for vap products. My wife and I are new customers to the MAXX eCig but I am not so new as I was using V2 Cig products. I had a problem with my MAXX and when going back to the store the woman there was very helpful, polite, and all around very pleasant to be around. She remedied my problem with no questions asked. The only "problem" I have with the MAXX product is the fact that in our kits were no instructions, warranty information and things like that. Out of 5 stars though, I would give the MAXX product 5!
I was a new customer looking for information on their products and asking what most would consider "new user" questions. She made me feel like my questions and concerns were much less important than the guy behind us ready to buy another bottle of their juice.
She did not make me feel welcome, and I probably won't ever go back. I hope someone can open a store that carries quality products and cares about every customer in our local community.
I have had a few issues with this store. One is them being out of tanks and juice on many occasions. They are helping people quit smoking but us vapor users still have a nicotine addiction. With that said, people expect to get the same products and not be forced to use different flavors etc because it is a tough adjustment when you get used to a way of vaping that works for you. Now I only use their tanks (Clearomizers). I order all of my juice from a great local guy that makes it himself and even customizes the flavors for you and it is FAR better juice and FAR cheaper. At Maxx they want 8.95 I believe for 10ml. I am able to get 30 ml for 15.00 +2.00 shipping. You can specify how much throat hit, how hot or cool the hit feels, nicotine can be specified in 2mg increments from 0 to 24 so if you want to step down you can drop your nic levels 2 mg at a time and increase the heat of the throat hit to compensate. I have been in this guys lab and will use him for as long as he is around. www.purevapes.com is his website. I do not believe he does tobacco flavors however. I use cinnamon and he changed the recipe based on my suggestions. You can even specify how sweet you want flavors from 1 to 3 spoons when you order. So many options and half the price for much better and 100% all natural flavor that you can tweak to your liking. You can order online or go pick it up from him. Maxx is good for batteries and carts but I would order juice online and save yourself a bundle.
Store closing early for remolding on 25th handwritten note said 23&24 only still arrived before time on note and they locked the door while I was walking up, I know the girl saw me!!! So I went somewhere else! I will never recommend stores with rud employees! I worked many nights in retail where I kept the store open when I saw a customer walking up and never rushed anyone out!!! It took me 2 min at another store to get what I needed and out the door!!! Oh and I also like how they fluff their rating with giving themselves 5 stars!!!!
