  Mac's Moving is amazing!

  Mac's Moving is amazing! I have used them twice and both times Chase and Kyle did a great job. They were on time and very fast, everything was moved into my new place in less than 2 hours! I would definitely reccommend them to anyone who is moving!

  Polite, Professional & Efficient! I hired... read more no crushed boxes. If you have the option, ask for three movers at the slightly higher rate...you'll actually save time & money in the end. Would absolutely recommend to everyone! Debbie, Randy, Will & Ben...thanks for making this move one of my easiest!

  i wish i had the chance to give mac's…

  i wish i had the chance to give mac's moving 4 or 5 stars like a lot of the other people here. However, i have tried multiple times to contact the company to get a simple price quote without success. First, I tried emailing them at the address listed on the website - no response. A couple of days later, we called and set up an appointment for an in-home quote. They agreed... read more to come that Monday at 4:30 to take a look. Around 3 on Monday afternoon, I received a call from Debbie Taylor, saying that her son was busy and would not be able to make it out to our home that afternoon, but that she could do an inventory of our stuff over the phone. I spent 15 minutes detailing all our household items over the phone with her, then she said she would call me back with a quote once she had it figured out. I never got a call back that day or the day after. We called again a couple of days later and asked to speak with Debbie. We were told she wasn't at her desk, but would give us a call back when she was. Again, we never got a call back. We called AGAIN yesterday and asked to speak with Debbie; this time, I was able to reach her, but she said she was out of her office and would be back in an hour, during which she would give me a call back. Of course, no calls, emails, messages or anything and today is Monday again. I am very disappointed in their poor customer service - is this the way they draw in customers? Over the phone, Debbie told me that because they had the best ratings, they were overwhelmed with business and that "when you're the best kid on the block, everyone wants you." Well, I guess they have good ratings because they get their pick of the customers here at mac's moving. Being the best kid on the block means that you can pick your friends and ignore anyone you don't care about. If they keep up this atrocious customer service, they won't be keeping their "five star rating" for long. Anyone who has ever moved anywhere will agree that moving is all about customer service - it is a SERVICE from start to finish, NOT just during the actual move, but also before and after (I pray that no one here needs them for after. i can't imagine if their customer service is this bad when they should be trying to win your business, how completely nonexistent it would be if you had any issues with the move, after having already forked over the money.) I think mac's has gotten too big for their own britches. Anyone looking for a responsive, attentive moving company BEWARE.

  GREAT COMPANY!

  MAC'S IS THE ALL-AROUND BEST MOVING COMPANY IN LOUISVILLE! The men that moved my furniture were so polite and very professional. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

  GREAT SERVICE!

  Not only was Mac's Movers professional and careful with my belongings... but they were also personal. I got to know them and they also got to know me pretty well too. That right there made it a comfortable move. I was able to put full trust in Debbie and her daughter, Lacey, with packing my stuff up. I have unpacked all my items and I can say that not one thing was chipped... read more or broken in any way. They are very articulate and Debbie also mentioned plenty of ways for me to save money on my move, which I did so. I am very impressed with Mac's and I will be using them again.

  Local movers going the distance!

  I usually don't get the chance to "review" a company. But I figured that this company deserves mine.... read more job with our move. We have tons of valuable and personal items we take pride in and cherish. They actually treated us, our belongings, and everything between with such care and respect it was a comfortable move.
  
  They were early, stayed late with a positive attitude in this current hot summer weather. We offered to help, they said don’t worry about it... this is what we do- I personally like to hear someone speak positive about what they do. Very satisfied with Chase, and his crew. There were no unanswered questions from start to finish. This company is very direct, positive, and trusting. What was really impressive was the amount of time it took them to unload their truck into our new place. That made my wife happy, which makes me happy!
  
  Oh, and Mac's Moving was the best price we were quoted... This wasn’t a big deal because we wanted a hassle free move with no issues, and that’s what we received. An absolute plus!

  Unbelievably good service!

  We've moved 10 times in 10 years all over the US with my husband's previous company and we've never had service like Mac's provided us. Trying to be on a budget we thought we would do most ourselves and call Mac's if we needed them since this was a local move. We rented a Budget truck and used Mac for "the big stuff". Three days later we were STILL moving that little stuff... read more that we should have had Mac move.
  
  They were quick, responsive, courteous and professional and very fair prices. Everything was well cared for and they even came on short notice!! Seriously, don't chance any other moving companies and DON'T think you can do it cheaper on your own. It would have cost us LESS to have Mac's do the entire move than what we did. Highly recommend them!

  BEST MOVING COMPANY IN LOUISVILLE!

  I have moved 7 times in the past 4 years. I was impressed by Mac's Moving. I will definitely be using them from now on when I need to move! The workers were so nice and made me feel comfortable, for I am a single Mother. Also, it seems as if they have the best rates in the area.

  MACS MOVING WAS GREAT TO MY FAMILY AND I. WE HAD A ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF BOXES AND FURNITURE THAT NEEDED TO BE MOVED AND MACS MOVING DID IT WITH NO PROBLEMS AND NO COMPLAINTS. THEY DID ALTHOUGH PUT A SCRATCH IN MY TABLE BUT WAS PROFFESIONALLY FIXED AT NO CHARGE TO ME WHICH WAS A SURPRISE BECAUSE IN RECENT MOVES THE COMPANY HAD NOT COVERED ANYTHING, NOT KNOWING THAT ALL LOCAL MOVING COMPANIES... read more ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO CARRY AN INSURANCE THAT VALUES YOUR BELONGINGS AT 60 CENTS PER POUND WHICH WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT THAT IS REALLY NOTHING. CHASE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT HE SHOULD HAVE OR COULD HAVE DONE AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THAT.   Good Movers

  This company did a very good job for our recent move. They worked hard! The movers were very experienced and very careful with our furniture. The price was better than expected and the young lady that runs the place is very nice. I will recommend this company to you and my friends.

  Fantastic Work!

  I needed to move on short notice and called Macs Moving. A lady worked with me, went over the entire move, and gave me a fair price. The guys that showed up did a great job and worked very quickly. The final bill was under the price given, that made me really happy. I did not find any damage to my things and would recommend this company. Thanks.

  They also put a whole in my wall and scratched up the woodwork. I am still trying to get them to fix it or pay for it.
