  I can't not say enough good things about this place. I'm currently on my second treatment for one area and I haven't had to shave it since my first treatment. That's a great feeling. Just yesterday I started on two other areas and in January I will start on two more areas. The people here are friendly and very professional. I was very embarrassed about the hair I have but they were very understanding and considerate. The best part is, whichever technician you start with is the technician you see every time you come in. I may be bias because this is the only technician I've had but I believe Darcy is the best. Be sure to ask for her.

  Was Bad for busy people/short service/broken tv

  Great at first,. Went downhill. Very rude if you need to change schedules often (and you are charged for that. so the rudeness is on top of that - but I kept coming because I had shelled out $$$$), started noticing broken tv, chipped furniture/counters, pushing more expensive packages on you...and after everything is complete? Hair does eventually grow back!!!. Esp if you are dark skinned. Expensive lesson learned.- Ok, I see where I can edit - this was a while ago. when I was browsing and saw all the 5 stars...I just had to add my two cents. I see where it is under new management. It looks like for the better. My experience was still one star. But it looks like new management has cleaned things up.

  Only on my second treatment and have not had to shave for about three weeks. I was told laser hair removal did not work but that is definitely not true. I guess you just have to go to the right place. I suggest this place.
