Ken Towery's Tire & Autocare

Really nice staff. They took great care of us and patched our flat tire quickly without trying to sell us anything we didn’t need. Which is not the case at some other tire centers. We will definitely be returning!

Came in for regular maintenance, and left with a new problem. Then, was refused service when I brought the problem back to them. The corporate office was helpful getting an appointment with another location, but doubtful I will be repeat customer in the future...

Noticed a squeaking from my front driver's side tire after getting the CV Joints, Ball Joints, Steering Knuckle Bearings, and Engine Mounts replaced on my car with my dad. Driving the 3 hours back home wasn't so much an option so I called these guys since they're right down the road from my apartment.



They got my car into the garage and up to check out in a matter of about 10 minutes. Walked over to the nearby Starbucks, grabbed a coffee, came back, and 20 minutes later they let me know it was just a slightly bent Backing Plate and they bent it back into place. Was all set to get back out on the road squeak free. I will definitely be revisiting in a week or two for my next oil change and be checking with them next I need tires. Great customer service, very friendly, prompt, and they spoke to me like an actual human (us ladies don't get that at some shops) so it was a great experience!

Ken Towerys sells Firestone tires along with many other brands. For many years now this company has tried to switch to another name (Michelin) yet Ken Towerys still uses Firestone's name in the phonebook. Kentowery's will use every trick they can to steal customers from their competitors yet they will not stand behind them. Anyone who has delt with Ken Towerys before should know that they only work on what they want (the jobs that make them the most money), if it is a very low profit job they will recemond you take it somewhere else.
