I've been coming to Jerrys now for a year and let me say that I am very pleased with the way my cars come out. Its a lot easier than me doing them myself. Hope that you business keeps up and will be looking for Jerry's car washes through out Louisville. I am a former manager for Jerry's carwash and another just like it. Working in this buisness you find very quickly that people can not read, nor do they even know what is on their car before they enter. This car wash has a manager that obviously lack intelligence! We live blocks away and go through this car wash weekly. Last week while exiting the car wash the pressure from the blowers shattered the driver side mirror causing it to scratch our vehicle. This is getting ridiculous. Please know that as the owners of the car wash that we are going to try to contact you regarding this matter. I am going to apologize to you here as I cannot tell you enough how I as a business owner can not stand to hear reviews like this. Unfortunately and since you have management experience, you understand that the happy customers don't usually post reviews only the unhappy ones. This should have never happened to you and the issue will be resolved with you directly. We are going to implement a better system, I guarantee this.

I am sorry about what has happened in this situation. I need to know the model and year of the vehicle so I can understand the entire problem you had. Somehow, the situation should if in any way possible be difused. Not all incidents are the result of something happening at the wash, therefore, to be fair it is important to have all the details before rushing judgment. I look forward to your email.

First of all, I want to apologize for the obvious way you were treated at my car wash, NEVER, EVER in a million years would anyone with any sense at all not be more understanding of what your situation is and was at the time, and since it is a fact that was mentioned regarding your husband leaving for duty, we are the first to stand and say thank you to him and your entire family for his service to our country and congrat ulations on the birth of your child. What has happened here is beyond me, obviously the person who handled the situation did not do it as any natural, normal (pro fessional) business "owner" or proper employee would. It is not acceptable and it will not be tolerated ever under any circum stance, for a service man, or just a regular guy or girl. It simply is not acceptable and will be handled accordingly. I do feel that it is unfortunate to lose great customers over things like this(not handled properly), which handled correctly can and do go very very well with no problem. In this case a response is needed as a one sided comment without defense is unfair, therefore, please email me personally and you absolutely will have total and full attention given to you so that a satisfactory result can arise from this. I've been twice & the second time my car got completely scratched up during the wash. The lady in the car next to me also had the same problem! We both filed incident reports. Well now, this is a sad comment to see....we just don't do business this way, we wouldn't put our selves out there with hopefully a major improvement to the corner of Dixie and Gagel if we thought we were going to suck. As told before, we never want to do busi ness this way, it is not our intention to ever harm a vehicle, we just want them to be clean and shiny, thank goodness for the kind comments I have received in person from people, Louisville folks are the best. That being said, I must apologize to you as well, without seeing what happened to you myself it is so hard to know how to even ask you come back and be a loyal customer, which is my goal and yes I'm going to try my best.
