ImmediaDent - Urgent Dental Care

Was scheduled 4 a cleaning. They noticed cavities and informed me to have my braces wire removed, then reschedule for a filing. I had my wires removed, came back to their office 20 minutes b4 my appt. Waited an hour to be seen. Therefore, because of motherly obligations, i could not stay. Rescheduled again to have my feelings done. On a stinking Sunday at that. Got back into a room, only 4 them to tell me they cant do the work cause i need my brackets removed. Never told me that before. Just my wires. I have an orthodontist appt the next day to have my wire put back on. But, no work has been done. They met me with dry apologies. Did not hold themselves accountable, and did not attempt to rectify the situation, just simply asked when i wanted to reschedule. Try to accommodate a patient whos TIME has been wasted, AGAIN, due to your discrepencies and lack of communication between staff. No compassion. They suck. Twice.

Thus place says urgent dental they will turn you away if you come in at 8:15 when there is no one in the waiting room I came in she asked what was wrong I was I'm so much pain I stated crying I couldn't talk she wrote on a sticky note the address to the one on Hurstbourne. ZERO EMPATHY! They are lazy I just wanted nova Caine to stop the pain and antibiotic. I had a abscess tooth the Hurstbourne one was amazing once u get passed the gate keeper. She was trying to act like I didn't have much time I got there at 900 they close at 10 I seen the Dr I called for him and told him he said come on back I'll take care of you. He was an African American man I can't remember names the lady who took x-rays was so sweet they were all sweet. OUTER LOOP HAS YOUNG KIDS THAT DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT PEOPLE no empathy. It is not a urgent place

Site indicates emergency dental services. My husband is miserable with a swollen jaw and pain that is unrelieved with Ibuprofen etc. Have been trying for 2 days to get him seen and keep being told no openings=although the site also indicates walk-ins welcome! Find it hard to believe if they are open form 9-9 on weekends, there is no availability. I think calling it an emergency dental service is a stretch!

This is the best place dental service you can find in an emergency situation! As importantly the staff treats you with much respect. ;)

I'm not typically one to bash business, but our experience with Immediadent was absolutely terrible, on a variety of levels.



My fiancé needed an emergency root canal so we called them first thing Saturday morning. They told us that they were booked, but that they could fit him in between 3:40-5:30. He sat in the waiting room for 4 hours, they gave him novicaine at 7pm, and then finally started the procedure around 8:30. Within a few minutes of starting the procedure they stopped and told my fiancé that they couldn't do it because he was squirming too much (probably wouldnt have been squirming if they didn't wait an hour and a half after giving him novicaine to start).



They then told him that they would give him a temporary filling and that he would need to come back the following week.



They also required us to pay in full for the filling before leaving, rather than letting us pay half, and billing us for the rest (which is what most dentists do).



Needless to say, this place is not a walkin clinic nor is a good option for emergencies. Stay far away.

Amazing office!! Had an emergency root canal done and the staff was professional, atmosphere was fun, everyone was knowledgeable, and pricing was fair. They saved me from so much pain. I will be back!
