Friendly, honest and trustworthy. Very good diagnosing what's causing the noise, sound, rattle, vibration - could have said it was something major and charged me a lot BUT they didn't. Repairs to 1 vehicle only required bending a heat shield - NO CHARGE. 2nd vehicle was cracked heatshield, whatever they did to fix it - NO CHARGE. Unheard of in this industry NOT to charge for their time to figure it out. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and return if future repairs are needed..

Counter help

2 weeks ago I was at the muffler shop. I walked into a empty office with a young lady behind the counter who DID NOT make eye contact nor did she acknowledge that I was even in the office. She was too busy on her personal cell phone. After 10 mns the manager apologized for my wait and looked at the lady who finally looked up from her cell phone. I was about to leave this business and never return. Furthermore, after spending $400.00 on repair work I wasn't even THANKED by the counter help. What POOR customer service skills this lady has. She actually looked miserable being there. You need a personality honey. And you better find one quick.

Vw bug

They put a catalytic converter on my 02 bug and three weeks later....here I am again. They said it was a bad catalytic converter. I want it fixed and fixed right this time. Tired of being here every couple of weeks

I used to never have problems with this…

I used to never have problems with this place but now it has gotten progressively worse. After having several issues I have finally decided to give up on this place. Now I'm dealing with Affordable Muffler on Dixie Highway. The drive is definitely worth it as they have the best prices and do, by far, the best quality work. Their number is 5029333849.

I went in not knowing what was wrong and…

I went in not knowing what was wrong and fearing the price that was heading my way. The guys inspected my Highlander and quickly diagnosed this issue. Holding my breath they tell me that it was a gasket. They had me diagnosed, repaired, and on my way in under an hour. This shop was fast, accurate, inexpensive, and very friendly. I will tell all of my friends about what a great experience I had in dealing with Hi Way Muffler.

My husband and I came in with a loud…

My husband and I came in with a loud muffler and a rattle under the car (95 Honda Accord). The price was great and the length of time that the repair took was outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for a great job.

This place is great.

This place is great. Cheap and really good work. They don't cheat you on the little things. They inspected my O2 sensor for me and didn't even charge anything extra. Great place

I have been dealing with Hi-Way Muffler for over 30 years. I have had only the best of service and the Manager goes out of his way to get me the best prices with quality service and parts. I would and do recommend their services to friends and family.

I took my car here for a simple manifold…

I took my car here for a simple manifold gasket replacement. I sent my girlfriend since it was a simple fix, and told her specificity (after checking myself) that the FLEX PIPE was not damaged at all, and the noise was coming from the gasket. They put her car on a lift, then walked her out to show her that the Flex Pipe was completely cut in half. The mechanics at this shop new that the gasket was a cheap and easy fix, so they cut her flex pipe in half knowing that she probably had no clue what she was looking at. The pipe was completely cut all the way through. I will never recommend this company to anyone, they rip people off. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be contacting the BBB to let them know.
