The owner Damon is one of the most appalling, unprofessional business owners we’ve ever dealt with. We hired them for a brass shelving unit that he happily charged us $4,000 for ($300 more than we were originally quoted). What we were told was going to be a 3 week project slowly and arduously turned into a 3 month endeavor. Communication with Damon was rude, brash, and always full of excuses (with his favorite excuse beings “I’m a one man shop, what the fuck do you want me to do?”). We always approached the situation with patience and understanding, and when the work was finally completed we drove to pick it up from Nashville. The work looked fine but when we got it back to our shop in Nashville the work literally FELL APART. When I called Damon to ask what he could to do to resolve the issue I was told to bring it back and he would “fucking fix it” when I asked him if he could try to find someone locally to fix it to avoid having to make the 3 hour drive back and forth again, he said “fuck no” and “I don’t know what the fuck to tell you.” This man child has the emotional intelligence of a middle schooler and I have no idea how he has managed to stay in business as long as he has. There is absolutely zero accountability, zero pride for the work he does, and less than zero customer service skills. BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!
