Letter dated 10-4-2004

Dear Dr. DuBou,

The results of the laser dermabrasion has been so spectacular and, I must say, unexpected that I hardly know where to begin. I was astonished because I had hoped for a change but was taken by suprise by the extent of the difference.

As a professional photographer, I am extremely conscious of the impact of a person's apperance and have been delighted by the change in the interaction I have with the public.

Enclosed are photos of myself before, during and after your procedure. Please feel free to use them to assist others in making the decision that I, initially, found so problematic. I grant you unlimited copy write release for these photos and will be happy to provide digital files if you require.

Just for the record, the photographs were taken under similar lighting conditions and there is absolutely NO retouching.
