And Ive been to many. First my stylist for mos was the manager and she gave no individualized attention to me, the paying customer. Then my shirt got bleach all down the back of it and never once said sorry or offered any consulation to remedy the mishap. Been getting hair colored for 40+ yrs never once has that happened. When I complained to the owner, her aunt, she told me she had bigger problems than me and was hateful! I wouldve been happy w my services being refunded for that day or even half! Tried to report to BBB but they are not even members so whats that tell you! Beware!

I have never been so pampered in my life......my experience at dazzle salon and spa was wounderful. From the time i walked in till the time i left, the staff made sure that i had anything i needed from something to drink to a magazine. I have had my hair cut and colored since i was a teenager but nothing compare to the cut and color i recived at dazzle.....i never knew my hair could look so good! The stylist also took time to answer my many hair questions from split ends to what conditioner i should use. From now on no one will do my touch my hair but dazzle salon and spa.... I will aslo be telling my friends and family about dazzle as well.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful! Front desk staff were friendly. However, the stylist, Dana, was very unprofessional in every way. She didn't listen to what I asked for (she seemed more interested in texting on her phone), and didn't tell me beforehand that she wasn't going to use the color I asked for. Later she said she didn't do what I asked because she thought a different, lighter color would be better EVEN THOUGH, I had asked for lowlights and have been using the same lowlight color on my hair for the past 10yrs and love it. She knew I was unhappy, but never apologized for not listening to me. She was rude, said she knew what was best and even lied to me! I tried contacting the manager by phone and email and haven't gotten a response. Will not be returning!

I Have been with my stylist Andrea Bone for 5 years. She has made my hair the best it has ever been! When I first went to her it was at Bennie and Friends. I loved the atmoshere there but I love her more so I followed her to dazzle. I dont really feel as comfortable there. I hear the girls gossip alot at the desk but I cant wait to see my Andrea so I keep comin back. I would follow her anywhere and you would be blessed to have her do your hair!
