        Dr. Chou

        Dr. Chou showed extreme disrespect for me as a patient. Despite a sign in his waiting room admonishing patients to turn off cell phones, he proceeded, in the midst of treating me, to take a personal call and chat for a while. I also found him to be very curt and condescending. He spoke in barely audible tones. Instead of just explaining things is a straight forward manner, he phrased everything in terms of a question, leaving me to wonder if I am supposed to be answering or is he going to. I just can't go back.
