dont use this co they send out installer that steal u need to watch these guys stole a burner out of my house and the owners and mrg are the problem not the installer because they protect these guys i should have called the police trusting me

Do not use this company! They are horrible and will try to sell you a new unit when there isn't anything wrong. We called them a year ago to fix my Mom's AC when it went out on a really hot day. The tech arrived, was rude, and began to try and convince us that her 7 yr old AC was on it's last leg and she needed to spend $5000 to get a new unit. We finally agreed to let him replace the capacitator at a cost of over $600, which should have been about $300 at the most. She has worried about it for a year, until I finally convinced her to have someone else come and inspect it. Turns out the "major" leak the tech from Bryant told us the unit has was a complete lie, and after a year is completely fine. Read the reviews on this company on bbb.org, and you will find the same comments repeatedly. They should be put out of business!
