Find another company!!! Terrence the manager/owner has zero idea what is going on at his business. I ordered over 50 t shirts and 15 sweatshirts and a few hats for my staff. Everything was fine with the order with the exception of my sweatshirt. There was a manufacturer defect where they missed about 2-3 inches on the seam of the arm leaving a hole. I contacted them on 10/31 to let them know and was promised that they would get one out to me ASAP! Here it is 3/31/18 5 months later and NOTHING!! I have texted Terrence and he always has an excuse, oh I'm at ball practice, oh they got it done and should have it ready to ship, BLAH BLAH BLAH! Save yourself the headache and hassle and just find another company to do your printing!
