Bachman Auto Group, Inc.

I took my 2012 Outback to Bachman after being heavily damaged in a wreck. I've been very pleased so far with the body and mechanical work. However, I have a warm ivory (off white) leather interior that was like the day it left the showroom, and when I received my car I quickly noticed my interior was soiled during repairs. It was also clear that my car had a good coating of dust and dirt inside it while in the shop. In the area if repair, there were grease stains in the headliner. Finally, there was tape glue residue all over the side if the car that had been painted.

I called the shop, and they agreed to clean up the mess. I had to take an afternoon off work to go back, and while I was there, no one apologized fir the state of my car, and I sensed an air of spite. At any rate, I waited for about 3 hours while they "cleaned" my car. The first time it was brought back, it looked like they hadn't even touched the glue residue, so I asked them to clean it off. I was told they were about to close, and minutes later, my car was returned. Feeling like I was being rushed off and there was nothing more they could do, I left. When I arrived home, I inspected the car and realized very little effort had been given to clean it. The seats looked untouched, glue residue remained, and my headliner is still filthy.

In conclusion, no affective effort was given to protect my interior during repair, no effort was given to clean it before I picked it up, no effort was given when I had to bring it back, and I feel like I was given a bad attitude fir asking them to clean up their own mess. I really hope better care was given to the actual repairs.

I had my 2008 Mustang and my daughters VW Beetle repaired at Bachman Body Shop and during both visits we were treated very professionally and the cars looked beautiful when ready, and on time

We took my husband's car there to be fixed because it was "guaranteed" by Geico. Total lie! When we picked up the car the door handle did not work and a headlight sensor light was on. Bachman of course had nothing to do with the sensor even thought the car was side swiped and all the repairs were right near the wires that ran to the headlight sensor. Bachman denied liability and Geico will not fix it either because it was not caused by the accident directly. Crappy service from both companies. Do not believe their guarantee! Go with the body shop you believe is reputable. We wish we would have!!
