Before I started training at HomeFit with Keoni, I considered a good "workout" to be 30 minutes on the elliptical while reading a magazine. Now I love boxing, sprinting and rowing! I'm doing things I never thought I could. My trainer pushes me to do the best I can in a very positive way. I can honestly say that I look forward to working out! Now that I've been with HomeFit for a little over 4 months, not only does my body feel stronger, but my self esteem does too! Can't thank you enough!

Fitness goal I set a goal of working out 45 min/day 5 days week Tiffany supported my progress by sending periodic text messages to check up on my progress. I accomplished my goal by taking opportunities to walk the pedestrian bridge at Waterfront, walk in the Pegasus parade in addition to my regular routine on a static bike and kettle bells.
I have had such a great experience with HomeFit and especially with Keoni! I am stronger than ever, have lost inches in the right places, and did my first pull-up the other day! I feel better and every session is a new challenge. Thanks for everything!
