Scheduling online was relatively easy. Received text reminders of scheduled appointment. Technician (Jason) called when he was on the way. Because of his knowledge and experience with Samsung washers, he was able to fix the problem WITHOUT unstacking the dryer; a real time saver. He insured the problem was fixed and there were no leaks before leaving by running several cycles. He gave me his cellphone number to call should I have any problems. A very pleasant person.
