I've filled my prescriptions at the pharmacy in this Kroger for several years. Though the wait times have been a bit longer than usual, I assume it has something to do with a high volume of transfers from Walgreen's they've been dealing with (That's what one of the technicians told me last time I was there) Aside from that small inconvenience, I have to say that the Pharmacists and Technicians there are quite friendly and personable. They all seem to go the extra mile for their customers. The only negative opinion I have is that it appears as though they could an extra hand or two back there! Whatever the case, I think they're doing a splendid job! After all, they're only human ;-)
This store is always clean and the restrooms always clean. The lines however are horrid! There is always at least a ten minute wait, but it's location is the cause of that. I like this Kroger store the best out of all of the Kroger stores I have shopped in. The Pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I was TRYING to fill my sons meds there one time and the Pharmacy staff were so slow. We waited 2 hours for one med to be filled. During that time the Pharmacy worker called us to the window, showed us the pills and asked if those were the right pills. Shouldn't he know if he works in the Pharmacy? Stupid stupid people run that Pharmacy.
I'm short brown buff and tat'd and had no problem acquiring a replacement bag of salmon that came up missing once I got home. I took the receipt to the customer service center and they gladly helped me out and got me squared away. Appreciate the good service and non-judgment it's rare in modern society and for that I'm thankful. Highly recommend the store great deals/coupons and sincere staff. #iDontShopAtWalmart
