I ended up purchasing a new car, a 2015 Ford Escape. I really, really enjoy this SUV! It came with a few neat things most people don't need when they buy a car, but for a really low monthly payment and some warranties still left on the vehicle, I believe I got a pretty good deal. I feel like I could have gotten a better one if I waited a day and left the salesman and financial guys work a little harder to get a better price, but for a 2015, a $204 car payment is pretty low. David Reed is probably the best car salesman I've ever had to deal with, and unfortunately, there have been many. He actually seemed like he wanted to help me out and offered additional assistance after the actual sale. He's been there for 21 years, and I recommend him, especially if you see something a little above your budget.
Our KIA Sorento lost a fuel pump about 20 miles outside Louisville and the KIA Store East was the closest dealer. The roll back took our car there and the entire staff from General Manager, to Shuttle Driver were more than helpful and courteous. They did everything they could to get us back on the road to NC which included removing a fuel pump from a new vehicle and ordering an additional part that was overnighted to the dealership. The mechanic fixed our vehicle in record time and we were on the road in no time. I would highly recommend the service department at this dealership. They were great, as was the entire staff. They have our heartfelt thanks.
I bought a 2 stroke scooter and had to take it back repeatedly during the first few weeks due to not being able to get it started or keep it running. After a few weeks I was tired of dealing with it and I asked for a refund. I was offered 70 cents on the dollar or for them to sell it on consignment. After a heated discussion the owner agreed to give me full price in trade for another more expensive bike. The bike I traded it on is a 4 stroke and so far it has started everytime. The sales staff and repair staff are great. I was just surprised when the owner resisted a refund or full price in trade.
