Urgent Care: What to Know, When to Go »
We needed an ear, nose and throat specialist, but the wait at our HMO was two weeks. What now? An emergency room seemed like overk…
I can't stand my PCP (for reasons I won't get into here), and have been avoiding getting medical attention for weeks. This past Saturday, upon seeing my rapidly declining condition, my boyfriend rushed me to First Stop Urgent Care on E. Broadway. My BF called the office while we were in route, to confirm office hours and to make sure I could be seen. The receptionist (sorry, I didn't catch your name) was warm and welcoming, and quickly assisted me through the paperwork upon arrival. I was seen in under 15 minutes!!! I'm not sure what to say about Lyndsay and Elma, other than the treatment they gave me was extraordinary, and they both went over and beyond anything I could have expected. My condition turned for the better almost immediately, and my post care instructions were clear and concise. First Stop Urgent Care, will be my only stop from now on... Thanks to these lovely, caring, and knowledgeable ladies. ~Cheers
What a great place, My mom was in an accident and we have received excellent care from the doctors, nurses, and environmental services. Yes the pain meds are a little slow in being administered but we have been able to work with that. We as family have been given every consideration while spending time here. If you ask me if we would want anything different I would have to say no. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!
this hospital is my best friend ever I have recieved the very finest treattment and financial assistance for this treatment that you can possibly imagine. I don;t even have the words to describe how I feel. I have stage 4 cancer and would be dead if they and the Brown Cancer had not Helped me. I can't say enough good about Dr. Moffett or Dr. Coldwell. This has been one of the best experiences of my life.
